1. Acceptance and service scope
- By registering, connecting a channel, or using chatnoww, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- chatnoww provides omnichannel conversation management, CRM, automation, reporting, and related business tools. It is not LINE, Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram.
- You must have the legal capacity and authority to agree on behalf of yourself or the organization you identify.
2. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not disclose passwords, OTP codes, or channel credentials to unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners are responsible for assigning team permissions appropriate to each person's role.
3. Connected channels and customer data
- You must be authorized to connect LINE, Messenger, Instagram, or another provider account and must follow that provider's terms.
- The business determines why its customer data is processed and is responsible for notices, consent, or another lawful basis required by applicable law.
- You must not use contacts, broadcasts, messages, or automation for spam, deception, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights.
4. Plans, billing, and payments
- Prices, billing periods, quotas, and plan entitlements are shown before subscription or payment confirmation.
- You must pay the displayed amount to the displayed receiver. A slip that cannot be verified automatically may require additional review.
- Plan changes, refunds, or adjustments are handled according to the terms shown for the transaction, payment evidence, and applicable law.
5. AI-generated content
- AI features assist with drafting. You are responsible for checking accuracy, appropriateness, and personal data before sending content to a customer.
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and must not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- You must not submit sensitive data or information you are not authorized to process to an AI feature.
6. Third-party services
- Some features rely on third-party services including Meta, LINE, OpenRouter, Slip2Go, Resend, and Cloudflare, each of which may have separate terms and policies.
- chatnoww does not control a third party's availability, API changes, or account actions, but will take reasonable steps to reduce service impact.
7. Prohibited use
- You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity; distribute malware; or access systems or data without authorization.
- You must not evade quotas, interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or resell the service without permission.
8. Intellectual property and your data
- You retain ownership of data and content you submit and authorize chatnoww to process it only as needed to provide the service.
- chatnoww software, marks, designs, and documentation are protected by law and may not be copied or modified beyond the rights granted to you.
9. Availability and liability
- We may maintain, improve, or change the service for security, reliability, and quality and will provide reasonable notice when practical.
- To the extent permitted by law, chatnoww is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, decisions based on AI output, or third-party service failures.
- Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
- chatnoww may limit or suspend access for a Terms violation, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement.
- You may stop using the service and request account or data deletion. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed for unresolved disputes or transactions.
11. Changes and governing law
- We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will display the latest revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
- These Terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes will follow the procedures and jurisdiction required by applicable law.
